Pasadena Bar Owner Pulls Gun On Customer

On December 24, 2011 at approximately 0352 hours, officers were called to a residence in Pasadena to investigate an assault. The adult male victim advised he had been at the Victory Lounge on Mountain Road, Pasadena, Maryland, and had gotten into an argument with the bar owner. The owner reportedly pulled a handgun from his (the bar owner’s) waistband, pointed it at the victim and ordered the victim to leave the bar. The victim complied, went home and called police. As officers were investigating, the bar owner became disorderly with police inside the bar. The owner was arrested and charged with first degree assault, reckless endangerment and hindering a police investigation.

Robert Andrew Witcher, 45-years-old, 1201 Coomes Lane, Pasadena, MD 21122
