Press your suit, update and copy your resume and make your portfolio shine for the Anne Arundel Community College fall job fair on Wednesday, Oct. 17, on the Arnold campus at 101 College Parkway.
This noon-4 p.m. event typically attracts more than 1,200 job seekers and to date has 52 employers signed up for booths. These employers are seeking applicants for positions from entry-level to supervisory at the fair in the David S. Jenkins Gymnasium. Some employers will conduct initial interviews on site at the booth; professional attire is strongly encouraged.
For a list of employers planning to attend the job fair and the open positions they are seeking to fill, visit www.collegecentral.com/aaccfall and click on “employer profile search.” A sampling of the openings and job fields include auto damage adjusters, CISCO and electronics engineers, computer systems analysts, HVAC workers, intelligence staffers, law enforcement officers, logistics staff, medical technologists, a news reporter, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, physician assistants, social workers, teachers/aides, ticket agents and warehouse workers.
