Navy Loses In A Big Way To Southern Mississippi

Without their star fullback, Alexander Teich (benched for disciplinary reasons), Navy fell hard to the Golden Eagles of Southern Mississippi.  Southern Mississippi came out of the gate strong and quickly scored 14 points early in the game. Navy had difficult answering any of the scores until late in the game.  The final score was 63-35.

This is Navy’s third loss in in three games. Up next at home, East Carolina for homecoming on October 22, 2011.
