Live! Saturday Night featuring Gypsy Wisdom and DJ Vito G

Led by the highly talented and charismatic front woman, Courtney Jansen, Gypsy wisdom
has been on of the Mid Atlantic regions most sought after bands since their inception in 2009. The Band plays over 200 shows per year from Vermont to Key West in nightclubs, casinos, and the corporate world.
Courtney was trained in musical theater. Throughout high school she played several lead rolls in her schools musicals and later starred in the off Broadway play, “ Monos.” She has sung the national anthem for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Washington Wizards, as well as at the Wing Bowl. She also won the Walt Disney World American Idol contest.
In 2013 Courtney and Danny( the drummer, who claims his biggest accolade is being married to the singer!!) placed a song in the short film, “ How to Score your life” directed by Steve Tanenbaum. Guitarist Steve Novoa has been on several Warped Tours, and bassist John Mangon lays down the solid rhythm foundation with Danny.
During their careers in Gypsy Wisdom, they have performed with Live, Tonic( twice), and Jeffrey Gaines. The bands proudest and favorite gigs are their semi annual performances for the children at CHOP. The kids at CHOP have voted Gypsy Wisdom at best band in 2014, 2015, 2016. The Gypsy motto/goal is to “ make the crowd forget about a bad day, celebrate
a good day, and provide a soundtrack for an unforgettable night. “The Band has also picked up sponsorships from Surf Gypsy Clothing, ACS Custom, and LB sunglasses.
Audiences everywhere are extremely loyal to Gypsy Wisdom, as Courtney is considered one of, if not the best female singers performing today. Any style, whether it be Top 40, R+B, classic, rock or classics, rock, oldies, etc are well within her range. Good things lie ahead for this special group of musicians.
