Fantastic Friends PiYo (18+) Virtual

Tuesday evening PiYo continues! This program brings exercise and friendship to GiGi’s Fantastic Friends group.  Ms. Janet continues to lead the group in a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility, balance, stability, and body awareness.
