This one hour, virtual yoga class will be led by dietitian and yoga instructor, Julia Oliver.
A suggested donation of $10 is encouraged – 100% of proceeds will be given to the Maryland Food Bank.
In this mindful practice, you will be guided through grounding postures, gentle flow, and meditative breathwork to develop a mind and body connection that supports freedom from the intrusive thoughts that are common when battling an eating disorder. Joyful movement, radical acceptance, and non-judgement are the core elements of this class. Like all of the services at Cedar Counseling and Wellness, this class is HAES® aligned and will provide an inclusive space for individuals in all bodies to practice.
