Yoga (8-15) In Person & Virtual

To help your child develop healthy habits for a lifetime of wellness and happiness. Yoga gives children a practice and routine that integrates physical, mental and emotional development. Yoga program will help your child develop more personal awareness and learn specific strategies to maintain focus and manage their emotions and impulses.

Relax, breathe and practice some basic poses like eagle and tree with our awesome GiGi’s Yoga Leader, Maureen! Wear comfortable clothes.  This program is for ages 8-15 years old. RSVP the participant below.

We are offering Yoga both in person and virtually so that everyone can participate!

In order to keep everyone safe and physically distanced we are limiting our in-person participation to 10 participants for this outdoor program. We are asking that if you would like to attend Yoga in person, please RSVP using the in-person attendance button below, we are asking that only the individual with Down syndrome and 1 caregiver attend, this allows us to allow more friends to attend. If the in-person program has reached its maximum, please join us virtually.

Please bring your own mat or towel, if possible.
