Maryland Safe Boating Course (virtual)

$25.00

This eight-hour course and test satisfies Maryland law for any person born after 7/1/72, to operate any motorized boat. You will learn legal requirements, navigation rules, preparation and trailers, accidents, weather and water conditions, water sports, sailing and personal water craft.

Participants must complete the online test within 48 hours of course completion. Must earn 80% or higher to pass the course. Passing participants will receive their Maryland Safe Boaters License as a PDF certificate via email.

For age 12+ (children 16 years and under must be accompanied by a paying adult.)
$25 per person

Classes held Tuesday, 22 AND Thursday, June 24
6-10 pm each night
Register with #2042
*** must register by June 8th ***

$5 paid to ARPD to reserve space plus $20 paid to the Coast Guard Auxiliary to register for the class. Registrants will receive course information via email from the Coast Guard Auxiliary after registering with ARPD. ARPD must have a working email address on file.
