West Arundel Creative Arts (WACA), a west Anne Arundel County-based arts-focused nonprofit, proudly presents its spring children’s musical, “Madagascar, Jr.” Beginning June 8, families can join in the adventures of Alex the lion, Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe and Gloria the hippo as they escape the New York City zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey in King Julien’s Madagascar.
Featuring children from throughout Anne Arundel County, “Madagascar Jr.” debuts Friday, June 8, at 7:30 p.m., at the West Arundel Creative Arts Center for the Arts in Hanover. Performances run the weekends of June 8 and June 15, Friday through Sunday.
Tickets are now on sale and may be purchased online at www.WACArts.com/current-shows.
