Growing and Preparing Asian Vegetables

April 30, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Asian vegetables sure look fun to grow and are fascinating to browse at specialty supermarkets.  But can we successfully grow Asian greens in our zone? What part of the bitter melon do you actually use? Is tough lemongrass edible? And how do you manage beans that are a yard long?! Gardener, home cook, and author Wendy Kiang-Spray will show participants the tastiest and most interesting vegetables that we can grow or purchase and explain how to use them in our kitchens. This class is completely free, however, registration is required.  Please register below!
