Tuesday evening PiYo continues! This program brings exercise and friendship to GiGi’s Fantastic Friends group.  We have again added additional dates for Fantastic Friends PiYo! Ms. Janet volunteered to continue to lead the group in a low-impact workout that strengthens and sculpts the body, and enhances flexibility, balance, stability, and body awareness.
