Emma’s Revolution – Sharing our Voices and Values Concert

Emma’s Revolution is the award winning (folk/acoustic) duo of Pat Humphries and Sandy O whose songs have been sung for the Dalai Lama, praised by Pete Seeger and covered by Holly Near. Their music delivers the energy and strength of their convictions in an uprising of truth and hope for these tumultuous times. This is a benefit concert for the Unitarian Universalist Legislative Ministry of Maryland and held at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Annapolis, 333 Dubois Road. Emmas Revolution’s latest CD, Revolution Now, has garnered acclaim from radio stations across the country. “Sing People Sing” is a loving tribute to the late Pete Seeger, a friend and mentor.

Touring year Round, they have performed at thousands of events throughout the US and around the world in Canada, Chile, Korea, Scotland, England, Israel/Palestine, Nicaragua and Cubs spreading their message of peace and justice. They are the winners of the Grand Prize in the John Lennon Songwriting Contest. Their music has been featured on NPR’s All Things Considered and Pacifica’s Democracy Now and the duo were featured performers at the Parliament of the World’s Religions performing to an audience of 10,000.
