EAT, DRINK, AND BE ITALIAN!
Come and celebrate the Feast of Mother Cabrini at the 5th annual Annapolis Italian Festival! Join us at the Annapolis Sons and Daughters of Italy Lodge at 620 Ridgely Avenue in Annapolis on Sunday, September 29th from 10AM – 6PM.
Enjoy sumptuous food offerings such as, pasta, calamari, mussels, sausage, meatballs, etc. And, of course, no Italian meal would be complete without some delicious dolci (dessert). There is nothing more delectable than homemade Italian cookies, cannoli, zeppoli, and pizzelles. All of these delicious desserts will be made right at the Lodge. In addition, Italian wines and Prosecco will be poured for you to savor with your amazing food. Soft drinks and water will also be available.
There will be demonstrations on how to make mozzarella, pasta and limoncello.
While you are enjoying Italian food and beverages, there will be live Italian music played all day. Scheduled entertainers include the fantastic Monaldi Brothers, the i-talians the Band, Vince Piscopo and Mark DeSimone. Come and listen to the wonderful, traditional music of these entertainers.
And, oh yes, there will be a sausage eating contest provided by Roma Sausage which will include prizes for the winners.
You can shop at the various vendors which will be available throughout the festival. They will be offering crafts, Italian apparel, and novelties. While you are shopping, your children can be having their face painted by Annapolis Henna. There will be something for everyone to enjoy!
Several Italian sports cars will be on display. There will be Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Alfa Romeos, and Maseratis.
If you want to relax and get out of the sun, go inside the Sons and Daughters of Italy lodge where there will be coffee, desserts, gorgeous themed baskets to purchase, and a silent auction.
Come and enjoy an afternoon of good Italian food, wine, shopping and entertainment. Meet the local vendors. See beautiful Italian sports cars. And have fun at the Sons and Daughters of Italy Italian Festival!
100% of entrance donations will go to the Annapolis Capital Gazette Families Fund.

Proceeds from the Festival will support local charities and the Lodge Scholarship Fund.
