15th Annual 2023 Bridges to the World International Film Festival Virtual event, Motion States International Dance Films

The second of the five weekly films is Motion States International Dance Films. It was organized and curated by Ali Kenner Brodsky and Andy Russ. For this unique production, Motion States Arts curated a customized selection of international screen dance shorts. These screen dance films, representing the United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Iceland, and the United States, showcase collaboration and synthesis between the various techniques of film/video and the act of choreography.
Guest speakers include Ali Kenner Brodsky, co-founder of Motional States Arts, and Susan Mann, dancer, choreographer, and faculty at Towson University. The panel will be moderated by Dr. Greg Faller, Associate Dean of the School of Fine Arts, Towson University.
