Thomas Park Investments (TPI) announces Annapolis Pediatrics as its newest tenant for Magothy Medical Professional Center at 18 Magothy Road in Pasadena, Maryland. TPI purchased the property in December 2020 and the Annapolis Pediatrics lease brings the building to 100 percent capacity.
The lease represents an expansion for Annapolis Pediatrics into the Pasadena/North Anne Arundel County area, the sixth area location for the practice. Annapolis Pediatrics joins other Magothy Medical Professional Center tenants Annapolis OBGYN and Annapolis Rheumatology.
“Annapolis Pediatrics has been an excellent tenant for TPI at two other locations, and we’re excited to add them to Magothy Medical Professional Center,” says EJ Rumpke, TPI’s chief executive officer.

Rosso Commercial Real Estate represented TPI in this transaction. Annapolis Pediatrics is leasing just under 50 percent of the building and plans to open its doors in Pasadena this winter.
In addition to the Magothy Medical Professional Center located in Pasadena, Annapolis Pediatrics is a tenant of TPI properties in Annapolis, at 200 Forbes Street, and Severna Park, at 877 Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard.
