Today…Governor Hogan has announced some additional restrictions in the battle against COVID, among them all bars and restaurants must close by 10pm. The Eastport Yacht Club has canceled the annual Lights Parade. Stink bugs will be back soon. And Navy may salvage the football season after all; plus, Navy athletes have some of the highest graduation rates in the nation!
