Main & Market has made the decision to temporarily close their cafe operations on November 29th at 2pm until March of 2021.
Rather than fight a battle against an unknown virus with changing restrictions, the decision was made to temporarily close and to re-open in March with warmer weather and (hopefully) a COVID-19 vaccine in play.
Until November 29th, the cafe is open for lunch and dinner with inside and heated exterior dining and they are still accepting orders for Thanksgiving dinner.
According to Evie Turner, Vice President, “We will be closing on Sunday, November 29th after the Thanksgiving weekend and we will re-open March 1st, 2021 when we can once again “spring” into action and assist our clients with all of their catering and dining needs. This temporary closing will ensure that we are able to execute exceptional service and food in all branches of Main & Market in the spring of 2021. The capacity reduction in the cafe , the limit in social gatherings and the uncertainty of the winter all play a factor in our decision. We are thankful to our employees, loyal clients and customers for their support and dedication.”
This only applies to the Main & Market Cafe and Catering businesses and not to their “sister” businesses, Federal House Bar & Grille in Downtown Annapolis and Bayside Bull in Edgewater.
