Annapolis Police investigating stabbing in Bay RIdge Gardens community

On September 23, 2020 at 5:00 pm Annapolis Police officers responded to the unit block of Bens Drive for the report of a stabbing.  A male victim was located with stab wounds to his head and shoulders. He was treated at the scene and transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center by helicopter with life-threatening injuries.

We spoke with Police Chief Edward Jackson last night and asked if the incident was related to the shooting early yesterday morning and he said it was too early to tell, but they were looking into it.
