Annapolis Police investigating early morning shooting

The Annapolis Police Department is investigating an overnight shooting that ended up with a victim being located in the Bay Ridge Gardens community.

On September 23, 2020 at 3:45am, Annapolis Police responded to a report of a shooting victim in the unit block of Bens Drive in the Bay Ridge Gardens community.

According to the police, the victim was shot in the leg at the intersection of Bricin Street and Forest Hills Avenue.

He was transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
