Barton & Loguidice (B&L) announces Robert J. Geist, P.E., has joined the Water/Wastewater group as Senior Managing Engineer in the firm’s Annapolis, MD office.
A current resident of Annapolis, MD, Geist received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, MD. He is a native of Olney, MD.
Geist has 26 years of experience in management, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects, including nearly 4 years of on-site construction administration for a $200M wastewater treatment expansion.
In his previous role, Geist was a Senior Engineer, where he developed and constructed sequencing constraints and temporary facilities required to maintain continuous operation and treatment during retrofit and upgrade projects. In addition, he has extensive experience with testing, startup, controls, and troubleshooting.
Geist is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Maryland.
