Today…Governor Hogan announced that three Marylanders have tested positive for the Coronavirus. Comptroller Franchot has suspended 21 tax preparers for suspicious returns. Annapolis Police are warning people not to fall for two scams that are circulating. And a Safeway strike has been averted.

It’s the weekend and Annapolis Restaurant Week is ending. There is a Shamrock Stroll on Saturday along with the Londontowne Symphony. And Sunday is the St. Patrick’s Parade and the Shamrock The Dock Festival at Annapolis City Dock.
