Brad Kappel joins TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in Annapolis

TTR Sotheby’s International Realty is pleased to welcome top-producing waterfront real estate agent Brad Kappel to its Annapolis, Maryland brokerage office.

A native of Annapolis, Maryland, Kappel brings over $200 Million in real estate sales and over 125 real estate transactions to TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, further solidifying its position as the Washington Metropolitan Area’s premier destination for top performing real estate professionals.

“Since joining TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in January, I have been extremely impressed with the organization as well as the numerous agents that I have connected with across the Sotheby’s network,” says Kappel, who joins TTR Sotheby’s International Realty following a brief stint at real estate brokerage, Compass.

“Although I’ve only been an agent with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty since the first of the year, I have already benefited from the power of the brand and have secured three new waterfront listings in the last week alone.”

Raised on the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, Kappel is a third-generation Annapolitan who brings extensive knowledge of the Annapolis, Maryland real estate market as well as in-depth insights into new home construction and renovation in the Washington Metropolitan Area’s premiere waterfront marketplace.

“Leadership, integrity, and a commitment to delivering world-class service. Brad truly embodies the values we hold closest to us,” says Mark C. Lowham, CEO and Managing Partner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty.

“As we grow our footprint in Annapolis and across Maryland’s Eastern Shore, we are thrilled to have Brad on the team.”

A graduate of St. Mary’s School in Annapolis, Maryland and the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina, Kappel holds leadership roles in several Annapolis, Maryland organizations, including the Eastport Yacht Club, the Anne Arundel Medical Center, the Severn River Association, and the Fort Meade Alliance Foundation.

“We are extremely excited to have Brad join us in the Annapolis office,” says Frederick Hoffman, Managing Brokerage of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty’s Annapolis, Maryland brokerage office.

“His truly dynamic energy and commitment to the community will be integral as we continue to increase our presence in this market.”

Following its most successful year to date, with over $3.4 Billion in closed real estate sales for 2019, TTR Sotheby’s International Realty has its sights set on Annapolis, Maryland and Maryland’s iconic Eastern Shore as a key area of growth for the firm.

“We have a fantastic team serving the Annapolis market, and look forward to expanding our presence and impact in this iconic waterfront community in the months and years ahead,” says Lowham.

“With the power of the TTR Sotheby’s International Realty brand — coupled our earnest commitment to delivering value to the communities in which we live and serve — we are excited for the opportunities that lie ahead.”
