The Anne Arundel County Police have arrested a Severn man on weapons charges after alert officers spotted the suspect who was known and wanted.
On February 3, 2020, Anne Arundel County Police detectives were on patrol in the Stillmeadows Community in the area of Stillmeadow Road and Jacobs Road when they observed a known wanted subject.
The subject was taken into custody without incident.
A search of the subject revealed a Walther .22 caliber handgun and a loaded magazine. The subject was prohibited from possessing firearms and was served on the open warrant.
