Donna Stark of Liz Montaner & Crew with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR).
Donna joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABR designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
Donna joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the fall of 2016 and has quickly established herself as a dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed REALTOR. After proudly serving in the United States Air Force, Donna attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a BS in Information Technology. Buying and remodeling homes along with her husband led to running a successful interior painting & design business and ignited her interest in pursuing a career in real estate. A Severna Park resident since 1990, Donna is enthusiastic about community and currently serves as President for her community association.
