Liz Montaner of Liz Montaner & Crew with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, has been awarded the Certified Real Estate Team Specialist (C-RETS) certification, the premier team credential in the country. The C-RETS is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Liz Montaner joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the C-RETS certification. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in team development and management, as well as subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
Liz is a seasoned REALTOR® with a proven track record, solid marketing background, and strong local knowledge of Greater Annapolis area. In 2019 she started her real estate team – Liz Montaner & Crew – that specialize in buying and selling homes in Annapolis Historic District, Murray Hill, Homewood, Eastport, and water privileged communities in Severna Park or Arnold, such as Linstead and Round Bay.
