Annapolis Police raid apartment in HACA’s Harbour House, seize drugs and arrest two

On Wednesday, the Drug Enforcement Unit of the Annapolis Police executed a search warrant on an apartment in the HACA managed Harbour House apartments in the City’s Eastport section.

At 5:00am on January 29, 2020, police executed a search warrant for an apartment in the 1100 block of  Madison Street.

Once inside, Detectives discovered approximately 13 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 831 grams of suspected marijuana and less than a gram of suspected heroin. Also located inside the home were two digital scales.

The two occupants of the home were arrested. Desheria Franklin, 48, of Annapolis was charged with two counts of possession of CDS. Artabius Johnson, 32, of Glen Burnie was charged with possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS.

Both were released by the District Court Commissioner on their own recognizance.
