Today…Maryland State Police arrest Pasadena woman on DUI charges after wrong way crash. Glen Burnie man tries to stab clerk when they did not have a lighter to sell him. The Grand Illumination was canceled. Another horse was put down at Laurel Racetrack after injury.  Navy defeated Houston and now onto Army and likely the Military Bowl. The Chesapeake Bay Blues Festival is back again And a woman wrote into The Capital trying to stop people fro doing standing ovations. And on our Legacy Business Series, we spoke with Linda Mann from Shades of the Bay–give it a listen!
