On April 15, 2019 at approximately 7:10 a.m. officers received a call for shots fired in the 170 block of Virginia Lane in Glen Burnie. Once on scene, officers found a deceased male later identified as Tyrique Hudson (22 year old, 100 block of Virginia Lane Glen Burnie) suffering from what appeared to be a gunshot(s). Mr. Hudson was inside the apartment building but in a publicly accessed area. Witnesses told officers they observed the suspect standing over the victims body and that the two have had an on-going issue. Witness did not know what the on-going issue was about but went on to say the suspect may have barricaded himself in the building.

This is still an active investigation and anyone with any information is asked to contact the Homicide Unit at 410-222-4731 or the TipLine 410-222-4700.
