2nd Annual Triple Crown of Charity Sailing to kick off with April 25th reception

The Leukemia Cup, The CRAB Cup, and The Hospice Cup, the three major charity sailing events in Annapolis, Maryland, are announcing preparations for the 2nd year of the Triple Crown of Charity Sailing Trophy by Weems & Plath. Following a successful inaugural season in 2018, the Triple Crown of Charity Sailing Trophy is now permanently on display at The Market House.

The three charity sailing events are jointly promoting participation in all three events by skippers who wish to compete for the trophy to be presented in October. The skipper finishing highest in all three races while raising the most funds for the three charities will be crowned the trophy winner.

To kick-off the competition, a reception will be hosted at Annapolis Market House on April 25th. Please RSVP to [email protected] by April 22nd. The 2018 Triple Crown of Charity Sailing Trophy winner John Heintz and the Triple Crown Trophy will be present. The reception will allow skippers to have their questions answered by the leadership of the three charities and to enjoy the camaraderie of fellow skippers competing for the trophy.
