K&B True Value Hardware of Annapolis has come out on top. True Value selected the local business as one of the top 13 stores in the US.
To receive the award, the stores go through a series of selection processes and then the top candidates are narrowed down by the regional managers. Mystery shoppers then visit each selected store to gain a customer’s perspective. True Value evaluates each finalist based on physical appearance, product selection, competitive pricing, promotional sales and customer service.
K&B True Value has been a staple in the Annapolis business scene for 45 years and is owned and managed by Annapolis resident (and former City Alderman) Jared Littmann. Littmann has made it his focus to offer top notch customer service and to try and have as much product as possible in the store.
From flowers and mulch, to propane, to tools, screws, housewares, pet supplies, greeting cards, screen repair, water softener salt, bird seed, expert advice, and even caramels (at the check out and highly recommended), you can find most anything home related at K&B True Value. The exception would be lumber!
