Tickets are on sale now for the 10th anniversary Military Bowl presented by Northrop Grumman, benefiting the USO. This year’s game will be played on Thursday, Dec. 28. Starting at $25, tickets can be purchased online at militarybowl.org or by calling Ticket Alternative at 877-725-8849.

This year’s Military Bowl once again will match representatives from the Atlantic Coast Conference and the American Athletic Conference. Kickoff is set for 1:30 p.m. ET at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium in Annapolis. The game will be televised on ESPN.

“We look forward to another great Bowl Week both in Washington and Annapolis,” Military Bowl President & Executive Director Steve Beck said. “It is very satisfying to think about the growth of the Military Bowl over the past decade. We have transformed our game from a startup into an event that teams covet for the opportunity to come to the National Capital Region.”

Gavin Buckley - Democrat for Mayor

For the eighth consecutive season, the Military Bowl will provide at least $100,000 to the USO and complimentary tickets will be available for service members and their families. Ticket vouchers will be distributed through the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore in early December.

Regular tickets are priced at $25, $60, $70 and $80. For information on suites and hospitality packages, please contact Director of Marketing and Ticketing Ryan Bartholomew at [email protected].

Wake Forest defeated Temple, 34-26, in the 2016 Military Bowl. According to figures provided by Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County, since moving to Annapolis in 2013, the Military Bowl has generated more than $64 million in direct economic impact. During those four years, the game has played before 93.7 percent of stadium capacity.

Proceeds from the Bowl also benefit Patriot Point, the Military Bowl’s 290-acre retreat for recovering service members, their families and caregivers on Maryland’s Eastern Shore.
