Police raid Gambrills home, seize $60K worth of fentanyl

On October 11, 2017 at approximately 5:50 a.m., the Anne Arundel County Heroin Task Force, which is comprised of members from the Anne Arundel County Police Department, the Anne Arundel County Sheriff’s Office, the Annapolis Police Department and the Baltimore Police Department, with the assistance of the Anne Arundel County Police Western District Tactical Patrol Unit executed a search warrant in the 2600 block of Carver Road, Gambrills, Maryland.

The warrant was the result of an investigation into narcotics trafficking from the residence. During a search of the residence, detectives recovered the following: 6,296 Fentanyl Pills (391 grams) decoyed as Oxycodone pills with an approximate street value of $62,960.00, computer equipment, various concealment devices and $ 8,578.00 in U.S Currency. The suspect was arrested and charged as noted.
