This is an update to a story originally published last night.
The victim of the shooting, Andrew Williams, 24, of Annapolis died from his injuries. Detectives are investigating this incident as a homicide. This is the City’s fourth homicide of 2017. Both of the January 2017 homicides have resulted in arrests. The suspect in the August 13th one is still at large along with the suspect in last night’s shooting.
