Baysox suspend game due to storms

Due to inclement weather, Tuesday’s game vs. the Hartford Yard Goats has been suspended due to rain.

Bowie led 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth inning with Adrian Marin at the plate and nobody out at the time the game was suspended.

Stevie Wilkerson’s sac fly in the home half of the third had given the Baysox a 1-0 advantage.

The game will be resumed on Wednesday, July 5 at 5:35 p.m. with a seven-inning contest to follow the completion of tonight’s game. Gates will open at 5:00 p.m.

Fans who have tickets dated for today’s game, tickets marked with today’s date of July 4th may exchange their tickets at any time at the Bowie Baysox ticket office located at Prince George’s Stadium for an equal value ticket for any remaining Bowie Baysox home game during the 2017 regular season.
