The Mitchell Gallery: Call for artist entries

The Mitchell Gallery at St. John’s College is pleased to present “Image & Imagination: Anne Arundel County Juried Exhibition 2017,” a multi-media biennial exhibition of artists who live or work in Anne Arundel County. Christopher With, adult educator from the National Gallery of Art (retired), and current president of the Washington Print Club, will serve as the exhibition juror. Artists age 18 and over are eligible to submit up to three works of art for review. Entries must be original fine art in any media, including furniture, jewelry and textiles, created within the last three years (2014 or later). Online entry for submissions is open through March 15, 2017, and there is a non-refundable entry fee of $35.

“Image & Imagination: Anne Arundel County Juried Exhibition 2017” will be on view at the Mitchell Gallery from May 23 to June 4, 2017. Cash prizes will be awarded in the categories of Best in Show, Best Two-Dimensional Work, and Best Three-Dimensional Work.
