Jersey Mike’s Subs to open at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre

Greenberg Gibbons announced today that Jersey Mike’s Subs, a 1,600-square-foot fast casual restaurant, will open at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre in Gambrills, Md., in spring 2017.

Jersey Mike’s Subs makes authentic, Northeast-American style submarine sandwiches. They bake their breads daily on premises and only use fresh, lean meats and aged cheeses sliced at the time of order. The shop will be located on South Main Chapel Way, in between Visionworks and Pivot Physical Therapy.

Jersey Mike’s joins a list of national and regional retailers and restaurants at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, which is anchored by Wegmans and Target. The Centre’s expansive dining options also include Bonefish Grill, Coal Fire, Houlihan’s, Red Robin, Nando’s Peri Peri, Genghis Grill, Fuji Japanese Steakhouse, The Greene Turtle, Panera Bread, Thai at Waugh Chapel, Elevation Burger, Queretaro and more.

Located in West Anne Arundel County, Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is a $275-million, mixed-use project with 625,000 square feet of retail space and 130,000 square feet of Class A office space. The development includes The Beacon at Waugh Chapel, a 298-unit apartment complex built by Bozzuto Group and The Villas at Waugh Chapel, a community of 40 townhouses, being built by Sturbridge Homes. Waugh Chapel Towne Centre is located next to the popular Village at Waugh Chapel, which is also owned and managed by Greenberg Gibbons.
