Champion’s Jennifer Connelly voted ‘Best Realtor’ for Annapolis and Edgewater families

Jennifer ConnellyJennifer Connelly, a realtor with Champion Realty, has been voted “Best Realtor” in the Macaroni Kid Annapolis Gold Daisy contest of local businesses that make parents’ lives easier.

Macaroni Kid Annapolis is a website and email newsletter that provides tips, news and event listings for parents and children. During a three-week period, 4,500 local subscribers could nominate their “most loved local businesses for kids and families” in eight categories and then vote for winners in the final round.

“I really appreciate this honor, because I try hard to help families sell or buy with as little disruption as possible,” said Connelly, who has four young children of her own. “I’ve been in their shoes, so I pay attention to the things that matter most to families, such as schools and local resources. At my open houses, I have activities for kids so parents can focus on looking around. I give advice on how to show homes without stressing out, such as storing toys creatively and scheduling viewing hours around nap times.”

An attorney by training, Connelly grew up in Maryland with a father who is also a real estate professional, instilling business knowledge and a strong sense of service to clients. “One of the best parts of my job is that so many clients have become friends,” Connelly said. Her primary territory is Anne Arundel and Calvert counties.

“Jennifer is committed to providing her clients the very best customer service,” said Pat Savani, manager of Champion’s Annapolis office. “Her goal is to ensure a seamless transaction.”

“Jennifer brings the perfect blend of empathy and intelligence to her role as a professional real estate salesperson,” said Jon Coile, president and CEO of Champion Realty. “With her added life experiences as a mother to four children, it’s no surprise that Macaroni Kid named her the  most loved realtor in the Annapolis area.”
