On Saturday afternoon about 1:20pm, Annapolis Police Department officers responded to the 1300 Block of Tyler Avenue in the Robinwood community for reports of shots fired.
While officers were on scene they were notified by Anne Arundel Medical Center that a 19 year old male shooting victim arrived at the emergency room. The victim was transported to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with life threatening injuries.
A K-9 scan of the area led to five handguns being recovered. One of the guns recovered was reported stolen in Calvert County. If anyone as information about this incident please contact our detectives at 410-260-3439 or submit anonymous tips through Metro Crime Stoppers.
