The 49th Annual Maryland Seafood Festival kicked off today at Sandy Point State Park and the fun will continue tomorrow as well.
So, what’s happening at the fest? Well, obviously seafood. Explore all the Bay and our oceans have to offer. Crabs, oysters, rockfish, and much more. Jam to music. Watch the acrobatics of the X Pogo guys. Cheer on the Sand Soccer teams. Give Stand Up Paddleboarding your best shot. Let the kids run wild in the awesome kid’s area!
The gates open tomorrow at 10:00am and the fun continues until 7pm. The weather is cooler and it is supposed to be an awesome day!
Parking at the park is limited; but there is a shuttle from Anne Arundel Community College. Follow the signs and grab a shuttle for a suggested $5 donation!
See you tomorrow at Sandy Point Park for round two!
