Save the date, get your tickets….5th Annual Kegs and Corks Festival is August 20th

Logo 2016Mark your calendars for the Fifth Annual Kegs and Corks Craft Beer and Maryland Wine Festival on August 20, 2016. This event draws large crowds to the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds for a unique festival that features craft beer and Maryland wine together.

In the Maryland Wine Pavilion, guests can sample over 60 exceptional wines from 16 Maryland wineries, while enjoying crab cakes, fresh oysters, and shrimp. The Craft Beer Corral features selections from 16 breweries from Maryland and across the United States. There are many new brewery and winery additions this year!

Tickets include a souvenir glass, unlimited samples of featured beer and wine, and entertainment all day. Food and full glasses of beer and wine are available for purchase. Entertainment will include live music performances by local bands Dublin 5, The Uncle Jack Band, and Two of Us.

Presented by Eye on Annapolis, the 2016 Kegs and Corks Beer and Wine Festival will benefit the local charity, the Chesapeake Bay Trust, which funds educational programs in schools to teach kids about the environment, on the ground restoration work that restores eroded shorelines, and community clean-ups and tree plantings that better our neighborhoods. NEW THIS YEAR! Buy Early Access Tickets in advance at www.KegsandCorksFest.com for only $37.50 and you can enter the gates at 11 am instead of noon (an extra hour of sampling!). Regular admission at the gate (enter at noon) is $40. Tickets for Military members and their spouse are $32.50 online (limit 2 – must show military I.D. at gate). Groups of 10 or more are $32.50 each in advance only. Tickets for designated drivers and ages 13 – 20 are $20 at gate. Kids 12 and under are free.

Tickets for the VIP Experience are $100 and include reserved parking, separate entrance, private tent with seating, souvenir glass, catered reception, private bathrooms, and unlimited beer and wine!

This event will be held rain or shine. Hours are Saturday from noon to 6 PM, with Early Access beginning at 11 AM. Vendor, sponsor, and volunteer opportunities are available.
