County launches new website

AA County WebsiteAnne Arundel County has launched a new and improved website that makes it easier than ever for citizens, businesses, and visitors to access information about the County from their computer, tablet, and mobile phone.

“We are very proud of our new online platform because it is visually attractive and user-friendly,” said County Executive Steve Schuh. “Our new website is packed with useful tools, more pictures and video and robust search features. Now it will be easier than ever to find out why Anne Arundel County is the best place to live, work and start a business.” 

The Office of Information Technology worked in conjunction with Maryland-based IT firm Systems Alliance Inc. to develop the new website ( 

Features of the new site include:

  • Improved search functions to find information in just a few clicks
  • Integration of social media, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
  • Service-oriented structure
  • Responsive design that allows the site to be accessible on any device
  • Lookup boxes to find your elected representatives
  • Searchable forms, reports and publications
  • Interactive maps
