2 arrested in Linthicum double stabbing

On January 11, 2016 at approximately 2037 hours, officers from the Northern District responded to the area of Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard and Camp Meade Road for a report of a stabbing that had just occurred. Upon arrival, officers located two victims, a 16-year-old female who was suffering from a stab wound to her upper torso, and a 37-year-old male suffering from a cut to the face. According to investigators their information is not being released at this time.

Northern District Detectives responded to the scene to assist in the investigation. The investigation determined that two groups of friends were at a local business. During their interaction, a verbal altercation ensued, which eventually spilled out into the street. A physical altercation then took place, resulting in the two victims being stabbed. As a result, two male suspects have been charged with the following:

Westley Ford B/M DOB 12/23/1979 was charged with 1st and 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, as well as wear and carry a dangerous weapon.

Sir Arthur Joseph Farrar B/M DOB 02/05/1986 was charged with 1st and 2nd degree attempted murder, 2 counts of 1st and 2nd degree assault, 2 counts of reckless endangerment and other related weapons offenses.

Detectives are still gathering information, and charges are pending on other individuals involved in the altercation.

Both victims were transported to local hospitals where they received treatment for non-life threatening injuries.
