St. John’s College invites members of the Annapolis area community to its annual Holiday Agora on Saturday, December 5, from noon to 4 p.m. in the college’s Great Hall. This festive marketplace, which is free and open to the public, features hand-crafted silver and copper jewelry, watercolors, graphic art prints, sculptures, pottery, ornaments, knitted mittens, baked goods, and many more unique gifts made by members of the St. John’s community.
While on the college’s historic campus, visitors may also browse the St. John’s Bookstore, a treasure trove of new and classic book titles, college apparel, gifts, and more, and view the current Mitchell Gallery exhibition “Chagall: The Early Etchings,” a selection of 65 prints by renowned French artist Marc Chagall (1887-1985).
