Knoxie’s Table now open at the Inn at Chesapeake Beach

Knoxie's Table - Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach ClubKnoxie’s Table has officially opened its doors to the public this week. Located on the first floor of The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club, Knoxie’s Table brings an innovative dining concept to Kent Island. The menu draws inspiration from local farmers and watermen to create seasonal dishes featuring the area’s finest ingredients. Knoxie’s is the Beach Club’s way of connecting locals and special guests to the very best of the Chesapeake Region. The rustic décor features 150-seats with table and booth style seating, custom barrel light fixtures, wood panel bar front with stone bar top and views of the gardens beyond, creating an indoor/outdoor dining and bar experience. The terrace features a stone fireplace, outdoor bar, high and low cocktail dining seating, along with comfortable lounge furniture with oversized umbrellas for daytime and bistro string lighting for evenings. 

Paul Shiley, formally from The Narrows and Hunters’ Tavern located at Tidewater Inn will oversee the culinary operations as Executive Chef. Daniel Pochron, formally from The Inn at Perry Cabin and Mason’s in Easton has been named Food & Beverage Director.

Knoxie’s will serve a dinner menu of Baked Wild Rockfish, Braised Beef Short Ribs, Crab Cakes and Spicy Buttermilk Fried Chicken. For Saturday & Sunday Brunch, Knoxie’s will offer a Fried Oyster Omelette, Duck Waffle and Knoxie’s Burger. To drink, there will be seasonal cocktails in addition to 16 seasonal local beers on tap from Dogfish Head Brewery, Evolution Craft Brewing Company, Tall Tales Brewery, RAR Brewing, Burley Oak Brewing Company and 16 Mile Brewing Company all located in Maryland and Delaware along with an extensive bourbon and whiskey list to include single pours and tastings.

Knoxie’s Table, located at 180 Pier One Road, serves dinner seven nights a week: Monday to Thursday 5 pm – 10 pm; Friday & Saturday 5 pm – 11pm. Brunch is available on Saturday & Sunday 9 am – 3 pm.
