The Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has started welcoming guests to their newest property – The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club (“The Inn”). Known as the region’s premiere destination for waterfront weddings and events, the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club has developed a luxury boutique inn that includes accommodations, a full service restaurant, a gourmet market and café and private event venues. Construction began in late 2014 and is visible from the east and westbound span of route 50 at the base of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.

Offering exceptional service, which guests have experienced since 1999, The Inn is an extension to its adjacent waterfront property located on Marina Club Road. The Inn captures the essence of the farm-to-table movement and is reflective of its local surroundings. A distinct style that blends rustic charm and contemporary chic can be seen throughout the architecture and interiors.

The Inn features 54 luxurious guest rooms and suites that are beautifully appointed with custom furnishings and designed to appeal to the leisure and corporate traveler. Guest rooms are situated on the second, third and fourth floors offering spacious layouts, contemporary bathrooms, resort style amenities and state-of-the-art technology. Each room offers sweeping views of the Chesapeake Bay, Kent Island and The Inn’s extensive gardens.

The first floor of The Inn is a stunning gathering place for guests and locals offering a relaxed yet lively atmosphere featuring an expansive lobby and two restaurants. Knoxie’s Table, an innovative dining concept led by Executive Chef Paul Shiley will create an authentic epicurean experience. The menu will draw inspiration from The Inn’s Chef Gardens and Greenhouses and will utilize local farmers and watermen to create seasonal dishes showcasing the area’s finest ingredients. The 150-seat restaurant features rustic décor with table and booth style seating, custom barrel light fixtures, an exquisitely designed bar and an oversized garden terrace. An intimate private dining room named the Decanter Room is available for up to 16 guests.

The Market, a food lover’s paradise offers the highest quality specialty food items and seasonally influenced café menu. The gourmet grocer features a vast selection of locally sourced artisan cheeses, condiments, infused oils and vinegars, pickled vegetables, jams, fresh baked pies, beer, wine and other specialty food items. Start your day with a gourmet coffee beverage and order from a farm inspired breakfast menu and for lunch a seasonal selection of artisan soups, salads and sandwiches. Guests are invited to enjoy market finds within the gardens of The Inn while sipping on a glass of wine or packaged to-go. During the holiday season, The Market will sell large scale grab-and-go items for pickup such as pies, roasted turkey and ham and side dishes. Specialty items sold in The Market are sourced through local farms and craftsman and are unique to the Eastern Shore and surrounding areas.

Offering over 6,000 square feet of flexible event space, The Inn specializes in pairing ideal venues with extraordinary service for weddings, special events and corporate functions. With its rustic architecture, The Ballroom and private tented courtyard is The Inn’s largest venue accommodating up to 130 guests. A sophisticated boardroom featuring a custom built wood table, plush leather chairs and stone hearth fireplace is ideal for intimate meetings for up to 24 guests. Hassie’s Porch, a climate controlled porch with floor to ceiling windows overlooking The Inn’s gardens is ideal for dinners up to 50 guests. A unique hideaway for corporate groups and rehearsal dinners alike, The Tool Shed Bar offers 1,000 square feet of gathering space. This intimate venue offers unbridled views of The Inn’s gardens and common spaces and is best enjoyed from the rockers which adorn the well shaded porch.

The grounds of The Inn  feature four acres of Gardens, Courtyards, Fire Pits, Fountains, Activity Lawns and Greenhouses. A large silo located on the north corner of the property is visible from route 50 and will dramatically display The Inn’s signage.

Opening in December, located within the gardens is a luxury spa that will offer an oasis for locals, guests and wedding parties. The spa menu will include massage and body treatments along with facial and skincare treatments. Full day spa packages will be available where guests will have access to additional hotel amenities.
