Annapolis man wanted for multiple rapes of minor 

  
The Annapolis Police Department is seeking Daniel Tobar Rivera, 56, of Annapolis for the rape of a 12 year old girl and the sexual assault of a 10 year old girl. These sex offenses occurred between August 15, and October 17, 2015 at a business in the 1300 block of Forest Drive.
On October 18, Officers investigating a runaway learned that she visited a business in the 1300 block of Forest Drive on Saturday afternoon, before she ran away. Detectives reviewed video surveillance of that visit and saw Rivera appear to sexually assault a 10 year old female. Detectives continued their investigation and determined that Rivera raped a 12 year old female on two occasions, in addition to assaulting the 10 year old female. An arrest warrant for Rivera was issued on October 20th for two counts of second degree rape, four counts of second degree sex offense, five counts of third degree sex offense, five counts of fourth degree sex offense, three counts of perverted practice, two counts of sexual solicitation of a minor, and five counts of second degree assault.

Rivera is a native of El Salvador and Detectives have received information that he may have traveled to Virginia with the intent of leaving the country.
