Champion’s Talia Tiffany named settlement attorney

| August 02, 2015, 11:44 AM | 0 Comments

TaliTiffanyOne of Champion Realty’s multi-faceted agents is now the title company’s settlement attorney.

Talia Tiffany, Esq., graduated from the University of Georgia Law School in 2010.  Prior to joining Champion Realty Title, she practiced real estate, banking, business and corporate law at a boutique law firm in Annapolis.

In 2013 she became a real estate agent with Champion.

When the opportunity came along to combine both her law and real estate experience, she says she “jumped on it.”

“I wanted to keep my legal mind sharp and I love Champion,” Tiffany says. “The beauty of becoming the settlement attorney here is that I got to marry my love of law with my love for real estate.”

She says she likes to make the home buying experience both fun and informative for everyone who comes to the table.

“I make sure everyone is comfortable and happy at settlement.”

Jon Coile, President and CEO of Champion, says he’s glad the company could make use of all Talia’s expertise.  “Her outgoing personality along with her enthusiasm for the company and ability to put people at ease make her a great choice.”

“The blend of Talia’s positive attitude and her exceptional customer service skills is a wonderful addition to our title team,” says Pat Savani, Champion Vice President.
