Library events galore for Mother’s Day

Anne Arundel County Public LibraryKids will be able to take home a handmade card or craft for mom, grandma or someone special this Mother’s Day if they attend any of eight events across the Anne Arundel County Public Library (AACPL) system next week.

In addition to making crafts, kids who attend Mother’s Day events at the Annapolis, Brooklyn Park and Linthicum libraries will hear special stories about how important mothers are in our lives.

Mommies Rock!

– Monday, May 4 at 7 p.m.
– Wednesday, May 6 at 10 a.m.

Hear stories about how our mothers and grandmothers are important in our lives, and then make crafts to take home for Mother’s Day!

Thursday, May 7 at 3:30 p.m.

Come hear a story and make a treat for mom.

Mother’s Day Craft Worshop

Saturday, May 9 at 11 a.m.
