BAROAK celebrating the burger until the end of June

Baroak_logoFrom the Boston Harbor to the shores of Santa Monica, Loews Hotels & Resorts addresses are celebrating National Burger Month with locally inspired signature burgers paired with craft beers, available through the end of June–and BAROAK is no exception!

“We’re excited to kick-off the summer season with our chefs’ mouthwatering takes on America’s favorite sandwich,” says Mark Weiss, Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage at Loews Hotels & Resorts. “Our new burgers and brews promotion allows our talented chefs to incorporate local inspiration from their respective destinations, creating an experience that is memorable for guests and diners alike.”

From pickles and onion rings to French fries and coleslaw, everything goes with a good burger – but nothing quite like a cold beer. The talented food and beverage team at Loews Annapolis Hotel has done its research, piecing together a perfect combination of burgers and brews that reflects the taste and spirit of Annapolis. The resulting burger-and-craft beer pairing is not only delicious, but also complements Loews’ dedication to delighting guests with exciting and approachable local travel experiences.

Find out what’s grilling just right for National Burger Month from Chef Teddy Folkman and his team at BAROAK at the Loews Annapolis Hotel:

BAROAK Veggie Burger paired with Jailbreak Brewing Company’s Scoville Jalapeño IPA

  • Chef Teddy’s blend of veggies, nuts, oats, beans and spices has been the talk of the vegetarian scene in Annapolis. The burger is served with pickled chili peppers and sour cream on a potato Kaiser roll.
  •  What better to pair it with than the amazingly balanced Scoville Jalapeño IPA, from one of the “hottest” new local breweries, Jailbreak in Laurel, Md. The fresh flavor of the IPA casts a garden jalapeno flavor net onto the burger and joins the stellar lineup of existing flavors that dance throughout the unique veggie burger. In the end, the carbonation and mildly bitter hops cleanse the palette in anticipation of another bite. Add cheddar and bacon to the burger… and it may change your life as you know it.
  • Price: $16 for burger and brew (no substitutes, please)
