American Pharoah wins 140th running of Preakness Stakes, party continues in Infield with Armin van Buuren and Childish Gambino (PHOTOS)

Childish Gambino, Armin van Buuren and American Pharoah all came out on top in the 140th running of the Preakness Stakes, the second jewel in the Triple Crown series of races. Just before post time, the skies opened up and a the event was flooded with a deluge of rain. But that did not stop the action. With the win on a soggy, wet (understatement) track on Saturday, American Pharoah has a solid chance of becoming the first Triple Crown winner since Affirmed captured the jewel in 1978.

As always with the Preakness Stakes, Maryland came out to party in the Infield. Hats, dresses, ugly suits, horses, and a pair of Governors were all on hand–Larry Hogan from Maryland and his BFF Chris Christie from New Jersey.

And just as the Preakness party was large–so is the gallery of images for Eye On Annapolis.
